Hey friend! My name is Sarah. I am a busy Mama of 4 kids. I began this company out of a desire to make a sweet experience for my own kids. I genuinely enjoy planning and decorating for parties. I completely understand the value of time and energy - and as parents, it is so important to preserve that :) We all need a little help. Like they say, “It takes a village”
I would love to help you make your party dreams come true by creating a memorable experience for you and yours. I will handle the set-up, the details and the cleanup. You get to enjoy the moment and be present with your family!
the Details
Each teepee is $50. We can currently accommodate parties of up to 8 sleepers.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation with the remaining balance due one week prior to your event. We also require a $75 REFUNDABLE damage fee which will be evaluated and returned upon pickup after the party. But, we never want money to get in the way of your party. Please contact us directly about your budget and we can work something out!
Each teepee includes: An inflatable mattress, fitted sheet, throw blanket, decorative pillows, breakfast tray, and one decorative tray item. The teepees are decorated with lights, and a coordinating banner or garland as well.

FAQ’S
How DOES it WORK?
Our service is designed to be HASSLE FREE from start to finish. You fill out the inquiry form, choose your theme, submit the deposit and we do the rest. On the day of your party, we will deliver, setup and style your space - all before your guests arrive! That leaves you extra time to spend with your family and enjoy the celebration. We will return the next day to collect and pack up all the items.
how much space is needed?
Each Teepee tent and mattress combined is about 48" wide and 75" long. Be sure to measure before booking so you know you will have adequate space FOR ALL YOUR DREAMERS
What is included?
All items listed in the standard package, including delivery, collection, assembly, and styling. We do offer a variety of fun add-ons to choose from when you reserve your party!
HOW LONG WILL SETUP AND CLEANUP TAKE?
Our setup window is usually from 11am-3:30pm. We will contact you the weekend prior to your party with our designated arrival time as well as designated time to collect and pack up the tents. Setup times vary depending on the number of tents included and can range from 90 minutes to 3 hours.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Please do not allow pets of any kind in the tent area. We also do not allow slime, permanent markers, sticky food items, smoking (or other strong odors), paint of any kind, nail polish or other items that may damage the tents.
WHAT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation with the remaining balance due one week prior to your event. We also require a $75 REFUNDABLE damage fee and that will be noted in the final invoice.
WHAT HAPPENS IF ANYTHING IS DAMAGED?
IT HAPPENS! A $75 REFUNDABLE damage deposit will be added to the final balance to cover any possible damages to items. We will assess all the items at collection and if there are damages, an itemized list will be provided to you. The cost of the damaged item(s) will be deducted from this deposit. If there are no damages noted, the entire $75 will be refunded to you by the end of your pick-up day.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 7 days notice must be given for requests to change the date of their rental booking. The customer’s request can then be granted if their preferred date is available. Cancellation within the 7 days will result in a forfeit of the reservation deposit.
HOW IS EVERYTHING CLEANED?
All of our sheets, blankets and pillows are carefully laundered after each use. All our other items are disinfected and spot-cleaned after each use.
For hygiene reasons, we do not provide pillows for sleeping. Please request each guest provide their own pillow.
